A Brickhouse Shout-Out

By day I’m a public health geographer and GIS developer and the majority of my work day is spent behind three monitors. Two I use for work, and the third is generally on Youtube rolling through car related videos. One of my favorite new channels is Brickhouse Steve’s (@brickhouse.spl).

Steve moved to Japan permanently with his family about a year ago and has put a ton of effort into building his channel. I have to say, it’s one of the best out there. My favorite part is how in-depth he gets with the owners and builders of the cars he’s covering. He speaks pretty good Japanese (definitely better than me at this point) and subtitles all his videos, so you get to really see the perspective of his interviewees. It’s a nice change of pace from most of the content coming out of Japan.
